Before we can go see homes for rent, I will need to have all of your paperwork before scheduling a showing (usually the owners request this):

Step 1:  Download the rental application, fill it out completely and sign

Step 2: Request a background check

Step 3: Gather all of your proof of income documents, most recent bank statement, last (2) paycheck stubs and/or letter from your employer stating you are currently employed and how much you make.

Step 4: A letter from your current landlord 

Step 5: Copy of your state issued ID 

Please scan all of these documents and convert them into a PDF, then email them to ari@ari-lee.com or if you do not have a scanner, then simply take a photo of each document and text them to me (212) 203-9953
