Currently, there is limited inventory on the market at your price point.  This can be good news for you since we can price your home between $650,000 and $750,000 (depending on its current condition and any upgrades). If we price it correctly, we can drive multiple showings, hopefully resulting in a multiple-offer scenario.  In the report I'm sending you, you will find that it is saying your home could be worth more, and the best way to determine this, is to put it in front of serious buyers to see what they are willing to offer us.  After we hit the market, we can evaluate our strategy after 1 week to determine if we are priced correctly or not, this way we don't leave money on the table.  

We need to catch the attention of truly interested buyers to expedite this sale. This can only be achieved through an MLS listing, broadcasting on leading local brokers' websites, and directly emailing their clientele. 

My suggestion is to list it at this price initially. We can reassess our pricing approach if we don't secure any viewings or positive offers within a couple of weeks.

TOP 8 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD WORK TOGETHER


  1. I will get it listed on the MLS for Free (a $300 value) and attempt to get it Sold within the next 30 days or less. 
  2. I would do 100% of the work and organize all the showings for you, so you would no longer have to show it alone.

For your safety and security, we require that every buyer show they are pre-qualified or have proof of funds, before seeing your home and that a licensed real estate agent accompanies them at every showing.  Nothing is worse than allowing strangers off the street (ie: Zillow Shoppers) into your home, without having any clue as to who they are or their intentions. 
 
If you feel that our relationship isn’t what you expected, you can fire me at any time and we will stop the listing.
